Virtual Executive Coaching
Virtual executive coaching is the same engagement as the in-person version, delivered over video.

Free call first, then the $1,500 Bottleneck Diagnostic
Key takeaways
- Same engagement, same cadence, same standard as in person. Remote is not a discount tier.
- If you are outside the big metros, you do not have a smaller problem. You have a shorter list of people who can help. Video removes that.
- Documents get drafted on screen during the call, so the decision log exists before we hang up.
- Nothing is recorded unless you ask. A recorded session changes what an owner is willing to say.
Virtual executive coaching is the same engagement as the in-person version, delivered over video. Executive coaching online is not a lighter product. Most of our work already happens this way.
What this covers
- Same scope and same cadence as in-person work. Remote is not a lesser version
- Available across Canada, coast to coast
- 90-minute video sessions, decision log shared the same day
- Scheduling across every Canadian time zone, including early-morning and after-close slots
- Sessions are never recorded unless you ask in writing. Default is off
- The Bottleneck Diagnostic runs remotely too, through video interviews with your team
- Documents drafted on a shared screen during the call, so decisions get written live
Who this is for
Owners running distributed companies, and owners in cities where the local supply of senior advisory is thin. Plenty of large cities have almost none of it. An owner there does not have a weaker problem. They have a shorter list of people who can help, and video removes that limit.
How it works
Ninety-minute sessions over video, on the same cadence as in-person work. The Bottleneck Diagnostic runs remotely too: video interviews with your leadership team, a document review, and a written finding. Documents are drafted on a shared screen during the session, so the decision log exists before the call ends rather than arriving as a summary two days later.
Sessions are not recorded unless you ask in writing. Default off, because a recorded session changes what an owner is willing to say, and what you are unwilling to say is usually the material.
What remote actually costs you
Two things, honestly. Reading a room of eight people over video is harder than in person, so team facilitation is offered in person where geography allows. And the informal five minutes before and after an in-person session, where a surprising amount surfaces, has to be replaced with a deliberate five minutes at the start of each call.
Everything else transfers. One-to-one advisory, board preparation, decision-rights work and assessment debriefs lose nothing over video.
Coverage
Canada, coast to coast. Scheduling covers every Canadian time zone with early-morning and after-close slots, because owners do not have midday availability.
Alternatives
If your leadership team needs alignment work, executive team coaching is worth doing in person once and remotely after that. If you want the diagnostic without a continuing engagement, it is sold on its own and always has been.

Next step
How to start
Book a free call. We talk for about thirty minutes about your company and what is stuck. If it sounds like something we can help with, the next step is the Bottleneck Diagnostic, a fixed piece of work at $1,500 that tells you in writing what is actually holding the company back. Any work after that is scoped and priced from what the diagnostic finds. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the call.
