Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Executive Coaching Advisory is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use this website or engage the advisory practice it describes.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide through the contact form — name, email address, phone number, city, and whatever you choose to tell us about the decision you have been deferring. If an engagement proceeds, we also hold the material you share with us in the course of the work, such as organizational and financial context relevant to the diagnostic. We automatically collect certain technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and assess whether a diagnostic or advisory engagement is the right next step
  • Deliver engagements you have commissioned
  • Improve this website and the way the practice is described on it
  • Send communications you have asked for about our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Protection

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized personnel only. Client material shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is never used in published material without written permission.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share what you send through the contact form with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers that process data on our behalf — hosting, email, and analytics vendors — receive only what they need to perform their function.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. The practice is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and complies with Canadian privacy legislation — PIPEDA federally, together with the applicable provincial privacy statutes.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies to understand which pages are read and how visitors move between them — for example, from a city page to the FAQ. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any page on this site.
