Service Description
Executive Coaching Advisory provides the executive coaching and business advisory services described on the services pages of this website, for owner-led companies across Canada. Every engagement begins with the fixed-price Bottleneck Diagnostic described on this site; ongoing advisory work is agreed separately and in writing after the diagnostic is delivered.
User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information when using the contact form or commissioning work
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be at least 18 years of age to engage our services
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt this website
Nature of the Advice
The diagnostic and any subsequent advisory work reflect professional judgment applied to the information you provide. They are management advice, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and decisions made on the basis of an engagement remain the client's own. Content published on this site — including the blog and FAQ — is general information, not advice on your specific situation.
Fees and Payment
The diagnostic is offered at the fixed price stated on this website at the time you commission it. If the constraint identified is not something this practice fixes, the engagement ends with the delivered report and no further obligation on either side. Fees for continuing advisory work are agreed in writing before that work begins.
Limitation of Liability
Executive Coaching Advisory provides this website on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the services described on it.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
