Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching services here start with a decision somebody is not making.

Free call first, then the $1,500 Bottleneck Diagnostic
Key takeaways
- We start with one real decision your leader is not making. Not a competency model.
- You see the scope and the result. You never see the session content. That boundary is in writing.
- Hard conversations get rehearsed with real names and real stakes.
- It runs a quarter, because the slowest thing to change is what a leader does under pressure.
Leadership coaching services here start with a decision somebody is not making. One live decision that has been sitting for weeks, with a name and a cost attached. We work out why it is stuck and change what keeps it stuck. Usually that is some mix of unclear authority, a disagreement with a peer nobody has said out loud, and a leader who was promoted for doing the work and now has to get it done through other people.
What this covers
- Starts from one real decision the leader has been sitting on, named in the first 90-minute session
- Works on habits under pressure, not just skills, because most stuck decisions are not knowledge gaps
- Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes every 2 or 3 weeks across one quarter
- 3 things worked in rotation: the decision, the leader's real authority, and how they behave under pressure
- Progress measured by decisions made and dated, not hours logged
- Written summary to the leader after each session; the owner sees scope and progress, never the transcript
Who this is for
Owners buy it for the layer below them: directors, heads of function, the people you need to hand a whole function to and cannot quite trust with it yet. Sometimes the leader buys it for themselves. Either way, the leader in the room is the client. You see the scope and the outcome, not the content of the sessions. That is agreed before we start, because coaching that leaks turns into performance management with a friendlier name.
How it works
Sessions run every two or three weeks across a quarter, sixty to ninety minutes, on video by default. Between sessions the leader carries one written commitment with a date on it. Difficult conversations get rehearsed with the actual names and the actual stakes, because the hypothetical version is the one everybody passes.
Three things get worked on in rotation: the decision itself, the authority the leader actually has versus what they think they have, and what they do under pressure. The third one is the slowest, and it is why the work runs a quarter rather than a month.
What you get
A leader who makes the decisions their job requires without bringing them to you. A written summary after every session so you know what is being worked on. And a count of decisions shipped, which is a better measure than hours.
