What happens after you write
You get a reply within one business day, and we set up a free call. The call is about thirty minutes: you describe the company and what is stuck, and Olga tells you honestly whether this is something we can help with. If it is, the next step is the Bottleneck Diagnostic, a fixed piece of work at $1,500 that tells you in writing what is actually holding the company back. Anything after that is scoped and priced from what the diagnostic finds. Calls run in English, Russian or Ukrainian.
Not sure what to write? The question in the form — what decision have you been putting off? — is the real question. One sentence about that tells us more than a page about your industry. If you would rather look around first, the services page describes every engagement we run, the FAQ covers process and timelines, and the about page explains who you would be working with.
The practice is remote-first and works with owner-led companies wherever they operate — the service areas page lists the fifty metros we cover in depth. Sessions run on your time zone, and on-site work is scheduled when the engagement calls for it. Nothing is sold on the call, and there is no obligation attached to sending the form.
One more thing worth knowing before you write: if the diagnostic finds that the problem is not something we fix, you keep the report and the engagement ends there, with nothing further owed on either side. Most owners know within the first call whether this is the right kind of help. The form is simply the fastest way to start that call.
